Fawad Chaudhry himself says nothing proven against Zardari: Shazia Marri

Karachi: Central Information Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamrntarinans and member of the National Assembly Shazia Atta Marri has said that PTI’s Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry had been saying himself that not a single rupee of corruption has been proved on former President Asif Ali Zardari and she added that former President Asif Ali Zardari who imprisoned more than eleven years in the past and recently two years despite not found guilty would give tough time to his opponents.
This she expressed in a reaction to Fawad choudry’s statement in her tweet hereon today. Shazia Marri said that opponents of former President Asif Ali Zardari has only been levelling baseless allegations while nothing has proved against him. Meanwhile, in another tweet while reacting NEPRA’s decision to increase electricity’s per unit, Ms Marri said that Pakistan Peoples Party highly condemn this NEPRA’s approval for increasing Rs 2.97 per unit on power tarrif which will put burden on the poor people. “Electricity is not easily available to people and further increasing the per unit of electricity is a regrettable act of this incompetent government”, she added. Ms Marri further said that long hours of load-shedding has made life miserable for people but bills keep increasing in Naya Pakistan. She concluded that PPP rejects this anti-people move of the government and demands immediate withdrawal from increasing power tarrif.
