Islamabad: President Awami National Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Aimal Wali Khan called on the Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Zardari House Islamabad on Tuesday.

Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari enquired from Aimal Wali Khan about the health of his father Asfandyar Wali Khan. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Aimal Wali Khan discussed the political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They also discussed the situation after winning the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cantonment Board elections.

Nayyer Hussain Bukhari, Farhatullah Babar, Faisal Karim Kundi and others were also present on this occasion.

Meanwhile, Central Information Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamrntarinans and the member of the National Assembly Shazia Atta Marri has said that the statement of Prime Minister’s Advisor on Finance Shoukat Tareen regarding the reduction in the prices of flour, sugar is based on merely lies and ridiculousness. She said the Advisor on Finance was trying to cover-up the incompetence of selected PM Imran Khan and he should not make the fake interpretations on rising prices hike and growing inflation rate in the country by giving the COVID-19 pretext.

She said that selected government created the crisis of sugar and wheat itself artificially. Ms Marri added that PTI’s government exported sugar and wheat on the cheap price and then imported simultaneously. She uttered that the high price of sugar and wheat in an agricultural country like Pakistan was the incompetence of PTI’s government.She questioned from government that was COVID-19 also responsible for fixing the prices of petrol, gas and electricity in the country and also causing an obstacle in the delay of the procurement of LNG?. She surprisingly said that what does the high prices of life-saving drugs have to do with the Coronavirus epidemic. She said that PTI-led incompetent government was also blaming the COVID-19 situation for not increasing the salaries and pensions of government employees. Ms Marri uttered that Shaukat Tareen has said himself that notice often issued while speaking against National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and added that former President Asif Ali Zardari had said true that NAB and the country’s economy cannot go together.
