Bollywood actor Kader Khan dead at 81

Toronto: Veteran Bollywood actor Kader Khan on Tuesday died after a prolonged illness at the age of 81. The actor was admitted to a hospital in Canada after his health worsened. £My dad has left us. He passed away on Monday at 6 pm as per local time due to prolonged ailment. He was in the hospital for many weeks,” Kader’s son Sarfraz said. “The last rites of my father will be performed in Canada on Friday. We have our entire family here and we live here so we are doing it,” he stated. “We are thankful to everyone for their blessings and prayers,” he held. Born in Kabul, the legendary artist made his acting debut in 70s. He has performed in more than 365 films. He wrote dialogues for over 169 films. Kader’s renowned films were Dharam Ver, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati, Coliy, Sunag, Amar Akbar Anthony, Lawaris and Muqadar Ka Sikandar.
