Sindh funds not your father’s money, Bilawal Bhutto tells federal govt

Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday lashed out at the federal government for not issuing funds for the development of Sindh province and said that “it’s not your father’s money.”

While addressing a press conference, the PPP leader has expressed hope that the federal government will provide relief to the people badly affected by recent spell of monsoon rains in Karachi.

He said that for the first time in two years, the incumbent government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has expressed its will to invest money in Sindh province.

“ I hope that Prime Minister Imran Khan, during his Karachi visit, will announce some package for the Karachiities,”he added.

Bilawal Bhutto further said that all the crops and businesses in the province have been destroyed due to the devastated situation caused after the monsoon downpour.

While talking about the matter of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif, the PPP leader said that the former premier will return country from London after completion of his medical treatment.
