Pakistan wants to enhance ties with UK in all sectors: Naqvi

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said Pakistan wants to further promote bilateral cooperation with the United Kingdom in all areas of mutual interest.
He stated this during his meeting with British Under Secretary of State for Faith, Communities and Resettlement Lord Wajid Khan in Islamabad.
During the meeting discussions were held on Pakistan-UK relations, including enhancing cooperation in counter-terrorism, security, and preventing cross-border crimes.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the sacrifices of Pakistan’s security forces serve as an example for the entire world.
He stressed that the international community must support Pakistan in this regard and that the role of the UK is of crucial importance.
Lord Wajid Khan acknowledged Pakistan’s immense sacrifices in the war against terrorism.
