Islamabad: Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Dr. Mohammad Faisal, met with Dr. Faisal Mushtaq, Founder and CEO of The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), Friday to discuss a major educational initiative set to transform the higher education landscape in Pakistan.

During the meeting, Dr. Mushtaq shared his vision for Pakistan’s first International Branch Campus (IBC) of leading UK universities, to be established under the TMUC Global Knowledge Park project.
The initiative, he noted, marks a pivotal moment in advancing the PAK-UK Education Gateway and will significantly enhance transnational access to top-tier UK institutions, including the University of Hertfordshire, University of London, London School of Economics (LSE), Royal Holloway, and the University for the Creative Arts.
Dr. Mushtaq emphasized the project’s potential for social impact, promoting a knowledge-based society and expanding educational access for Pakistani students seeking globally recognized degrees.
High Commissioner Dr. Faisal expressed his appreciation for the initiative and assured full support from the Pakistan High Commission in the UK to strengthen academic linkages between higher education institutions in Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
“This project represents a new chapter in educational diplomacy and mutual growth,” said Dr. Faisal, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in the education sector.

The TMUC Global Knowledge Park initiative is poised to serve as a gateway for academic excellence and innovation, bridging nations through education.
