UN oceans conference underway in France

A five-day Third United Nations Ocean Conference is under way in French city of Nice.
Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch is leading the Pakistan delegation in the conference.

Pakistan remains strongly committed to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, conserving and sustainably using the ocean, sea and marine resources for sustainable development.
