Zelensky meets Italy President Mattarella in Rome on July 9

Rome: Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, will meet with Sergio Mattarella, the President of Italy, in Rome on Wednesday, July 9. This information was confirmed by the Italian publication la Repubblica.
The meeting will take place at the Quirinal Palace, which is the official residence of the President of Italy. According to journalists, the event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM local time, which corresponds to 5:00 PM Kyiv time.
The next day, July 10, the Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine will begin in Rome, aimed at discussing further support for our country.
Before the meeting with Mattarella, President Zelensky held talks with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer. During these talks, expectations for the upcoming “coalition of the willing” meeting, which will also take place in Rome in the coming days, were discussed.
Earlier, the French publication Le Monde, citing a statement from the Élysée Palace, reported that on July 10, as part of the Franco-British summit, a new “coalition of the willing” meeting will take place. This meeting will be chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will join remotely.
