Islamabad: The Vice Chairperson of the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA), Jahan Ara Manzoor Wattoo, has reaffirmed her unwavering commitment to citizen-centric governance, assuring the public that her office remains open and accessible to all in an effort to directly address grievances and provide swift redressal.
