Beckham family’s $668M fortune revealed on UK rich list

London: Former England football star David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria have been named among the wealthiest families in the U.K., with a combined fortune of £500 million (US$668 million).
The list, compiled by Sunday Times, was published last week with 350 richest individuals and families in the U.K.
The Beckhams were placed 273rd, climbing 24 spots from the previous year. They first appeared on the list in 2002 with a net worth of £35 million.
Their estimated net worth has seen a significant rise this year, and it is projected to grow by another £45 million between 2024 and 2025.
David, 50, has continued to expand his wealth through a variety of business ventures and endorsement deals after retiring from professional football. He has been brand ambassador for global names such as Adidas, Hugo Boss, Haig Club, Armani and Maserati, as well as his own brands. He is also a co-owner of American football club Inter Miami and is now the richest sports personality in the U.K., according to Daily Mail.
Victoria has also contributed significantly to the family fortune through her growing fashion empire. Her eponymous brand continues to flourish, thanks in part to support from high-profile celebrities like Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow.
With assets valued just behind King Charles III (estimated at around £640 million), the Beckhams are among an elite group of wealthy British families.

Other notable figures on this year’s list include Sir Elton John, composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and F1 driver Sir Lewis Hamilton.
The Sunday Times rich list also notes a decline in U.K. billionaires, dropping from 165 in 2024 to 156 in 2025, the sharpest decrease in the list’s 37-year history.
On the Under 40 list, pop star Dua Lipa is the youngest person to feature this year. The 29-year-old singer landed at 34th with an estimated net worth of £115 million.
At the top of the Under 40 list is singer Ed Sheeran, 34, who is 13th overall with a fortune of £370 million, an increase of £30 million from the previous year. Just ahead of him is reality TV star Georgia Toffolo, in 12th place with a combined net worth of £425 million alongside her husband James Watt, co-founder of the craft beer company BrewDog.
